Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or replacements are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The item was expired at the time of delivery.

Note: Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or personal taste preferences, etc.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide unboxing video, a packaging defect video, as well as images of the damaged product and packaging for verification.

    • A brief description of the issue.
    • Clear photos and videos of the product and outer packaging.

  • Arrange for a replacement product.
  • Initiate a refund to your original payment method.

4. Refund Timelines

  • Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Note: Actual credit timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.
